Solid products, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered the 'savon vaisselle solide' and a 'recharge lessive' for the first time. The products themselves are good; the solid dish soap lathers well and the laundry detergent works fine on clothes. My only minor issue was with the shipping notification. It said it shipped quickly, but then tracking didn't update for a couple of days, so it took longer to arrive than I initially expected, about 6 days to California. Nothing major, but a clearer tracking process would be a small improvement. Still, I appreciate the natural ingredients and the quality for the price.
